As a locally owned and operated coffee shop, Mountain Air Roasters believes in creating an environment where all members of the community can come together and build connections. Mountain Air Roasters is proud to partner with other local businesses to support one another and provide opportunities for community engagement and inclusion.

 Mountain Air Roasters supports local individuals who experience intellectual/development disabilities by providing opportunities to learn valuable work skills and achieve their goals of working in the community. This partnership provides the opportunity for those with intellectual/developmental disabilities to gain employment in the community in a safe and supportive environment who otherwise may have barriers to employment.
